AI Data Processing

This document explains how Tulisko uses artificial-intelligence features (e.g. memorial portrait generation) and how submitted materials are processed. AI features are optional and require separate consent.

1. Scope

AI features act only on materials you knowingly submit (e.g. a pet photo) and after you consent to AI processing.

2. Processing and location

Processing runs with a model provider in the EU region (EU data residency). Materials are used to produce the requested result and are not used to train models without separate consent.

3. Labelling AI content

Content generated or materially altered by AI is labelled per transparency requirements (incl. art. 50 of the AI Act).

4. Your control

You may withdraw AI-processing consent at any time. Generated results you saved remain in your account until you delete them.

5. Photos featuring people (joint photos)

With a separate, optional consent you may submit private photos featuring people (e.g. a joint photo with your pet) as generation references. By submitting such a photo you declare that you hold the rights to it and that the people shown consented to this use.

Reference photos are private: they never appear on any profile or gallery and are visible only to you. They are stored for a limited time (30 days by default), after which they are deleted automatically; you can also delete any of them at any moment.

Withdrawing the likeness-processing consent immediately deletes all submitted reference photos featuring people and blocks their further use.
