Terms of Service

Service - the Tulisko platform at tulisko.app, its app and related services.

Operator - the entity operating the Service (operator serwisu Tulisko).

User - a natural person using the Service, whether with an account or via public content.

Account - a User's individual data and permissions, created after authentication.

Content - materials posted by a User (photos, descriptions, memories, comments, candles, reports).

Account features require registration and authentication. An account may be created by a person aged 16+; younger users only with a legal guardian's consent.

The User provides true, current data and safeguards account access. One account per person.

The Operator may refuse registration or suspend an account for breaches of these Terms or the law (subject to the moderation rules).

The User is responsible for their Content and warrants they hold the rights to it and that it infringes no third-party rights or law.

Unlawful, offensive, misleading content, content infringing personal rights, copyright, or animal-welfare law is prohibited. The Service is not a channel for trading animals.

By posting, the User grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display the Content as needed to provide the service. The User keeps their rights.

Uploading a photo or a file constitutes a declaration that the User may publish it and holds the consent of any people visible in it. The Service does not ask for a separate confirmation at each upload.

Applying to claim a listing constitutes a declaration that the User is authorised to represent that entity. Applying for breeder verification constitutes a declaration that the breeding is run lawfully. Both applications require a supporting document.

The Service provides a mechanism to report unlawful or non-compliant content. Reports are handled individually; decisions include a statement of reasons.

The Operator may hide, remove or restrict Content and suspend accounts, proportionately. Users may appeal.

Abuse of the reporting mechanism may lead to restrictions.

Some features are paid (subscriptions and packs). Payment, price and refund details are set out in the Payment Terms.

Prices are shown in PLN and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

The Operator strives for continuity and security but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service provides no veterinary or legal advice.

The Operator is not liable for User Content or decisions based on it, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights.

The User may delete their account at any time from settings. Deletion permanently removes or anonymizes data per the Privacy Policy, except data the Operator must retain (e.g. accounting records).

The Operator may terminate for cause, preserving the User's right to appeal.

Complaints may be sent to the Operator's email and are handled within 14 days.

Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the municipal (district) consumer ombudsman, the Provincial Trade Inspectorate, and UOKiK (the Polish competition and consumer protection authority).

The Operator may change these Terms for valid reasons (law, features, security). Users are notified of material changes; continued use after they take effect requires acceptance.

Matters not covered are governed by Polish and EU law. These Terms apply from the date above.
